About Us

Our Mission

At CAFCAN, our mission is to celebrate, promote, and preserve the vibrant spirit of African football culture within Canada. We aim to build a dynamic community that connects people of African descent—and those who appreciate African football—with opportunities to engage, share stories, and create lasting impact through the beautiful game.

Through events, education, and empowerment, we strive to highlight the influence of African heritage in football, support grassroots development, and inspire the next generation of players, fans, and leaders.

Our Vision

Our vision is to become the leading platform in Canada for celebrating and advancing African football culture—where heritage meets passion, and community thrives through sport. We envision a future where African football is not only recognized and respected across the nation, but also inspires inclusion, pride, and excellence at every level of the game.

Our History: The Rise of CaFCan

Founded in the heart of football passion, CaFCan emerged as a premier soccer agency dedicated to nurturing talent, facilitating player transfers, and elevating the global game. What began as a small consultancy has grown into a powerhouse connecting aspiring athletes with professional opportunities worldwide.

In the early 2000s, a group of former players, coaches, and industry experts saw a gap in the market—young talents with incredible skills but limited access to professional representation. With a shared vision, CaFCan was officially established, focusing on scouting, player development, and club negotiations.
